My name is Sarah, and I’m newly married and new to St. Louis! I am an experienced teacher of nine years and have been classically trained, influenced by American and Russian teachers. I love to teach students the beauty of music, and I bring them through a journey of note-reading, improvisation, technique, performance, and even memorization, all while letting the student’s (and/or parents’ goals) help determine the emphasis we take! I teach beginning to intermediate levels. My students’ ages range from 4-64, and I also have successfully taught students with learning challenges. You will play the piano the first week of lessons!
