About Sarah B.

These are not your grandma's piano lessons! Times have changed and so has teaching. Young students will be introduced to the piano, music and rhythm with many different activities. Older students will be encouraged to set goals and challenge themselves, with an emphasis on learning to play independently. It's important for students of all ages to be playing music they're interested in. I teach all styles, including pop music, movie music, classical music and basic jazz. I'm also offering Wunderkeys lessons. These are piano lessons specifically geared towards preschoolers age 3-5. They learn music, math and more. To learn more about the Wunderkeys program, visit wunderkeys.com Piano lessons are held in my home on my Kawaii piano. I teach most evenings and on Saturdays and am accepting students for weekly lessons. I'm a pianist with 10 years of piano teaching experience. In the Akron area, I perform regularly with the Akron Pops Orchestra and the Fairlawn School of Music Faculty Trio.

My in home studio. I teach piano during the week and have makeup lessons on Saturdays. My youngest student is 3 and my oldest is 62. I teach on a Kawai upright piano, and for the younger students incorporate games and other learning activities into the lesson to solidify concepts that we're working on.
