Hello! My name is Raina. I am passionate about teaching yoga to all types of people. Whether you have never tried yoga before, or if you are a yoga master. I have a main focus of teaching Vinyasa Flow style, which is linking your movement with your breath. I have been teaching at The Lotus Seed in Portland Oregon for the past 7+ months. I graduated there with my 200 hour RYT. I have gained so much physically, mentally and spiritually through a consistent yoga practice and would love to share it with you!
