Education has always been a passion of mine. I've completed a 100 hour internship in an elementary classroom, volunteered and observed in many high school classrooms with a focus on bilingual education, and just recently completed a year of teaching English in South Korea! I have a degree in Social Science from SDSU and TESOL certification with a focus on teaching children. I have experience with teaching kids off all ages K-12 and I understand the varying needs of each age group. *** Lesson Details *** When interacting with my students I like to have a laid back atmosphere where students can feel relaxed conversing with me, while keeping a strict focus on our goal for each lesson. Whether the goal is to complete a school project or learn a new skill, I like students to feel comfortable as we tackle each task together so that they can feel accomplished and happy with what we have achieved in each session. Every kid deserves to be 100% respected and given 110% effort from the people who are supporting them in their education and that is what they will get with me.
