Autism Awareness Care and Training- Ghana, Africa

Spent 3 months working with the 40 children in the Autism Awareness and Care Center in Accra, Ghana using theatre technique and game playing to enforce communication and community.

SOAR@Oakland Elementary

• First responder to classroom behavior problems; remove the child and calm them down enough to return. • One on one behavior therapy and support for a case load of 3-5 students on a consistent basis. • Familiarity of the Responsive Classroom model with ability to flexibly integrate alternative methods of promoting self-control and regulation for behavior challenged students.
