I'm a classically trained pianist who took lessons for about seven years from the Mattioli School of Music and received their highest honor, the Mattioli/Noble Recognition award. I've extensively studied the works of some modern pop artists such as Ben Folds, Paul McCartney, KT Tunstall, Elliott Smith, and many others. If you're interested in learning music theory to start writing your own music, that is what i do/teach best. I also have a collection of my own personal music in case you're interested in looking into what i have to offer. I've taught mostly family and friends over the years simply to spread the love of music to anyone who wishes. I would prefer to teach those who wish to learn theory or write their own music, but if you wish to learn technique, I can do that as well. Just let me know what you're looking for.
