I am an experienced bakery owner and run an online decorated cookie business. I've been a professional baker for over 27 years. I'm also a certified Wilton instructor. My specialty is royal icing piped detailed decorations as well as modern fondant techniques. I will teach tips and tricks that no baking school or book can offer. My baked specialties are wedding cakes, cookies, bread making, and laminated dough pastries. Lessons will be given in my home professional bakery using commercial equipment which includes 20 quart mixers, sheeter, and commercial oven. 1 hour lessons will focus on basic decorating techniques. 2 hour lessons will include baking time, recipes to take home, and baking tips and tricks.
