Hello! Since 2008, my specialty is teaching hip hop dance to children, teens, and adults. I have worked with every type of student whether they are learning for the first time, honing in on their technique, or just looking for a fun way to reach their fitness goals. More recently, I have studied personal training as well as nutrition with a focus on the anti-inflammatory diet. I can create meal plans and grocery lists that are still tasty and fun to help heal your body from the inside. With every session I have with my students and clients, the goal is to encourage growth within a positive environment! I look forward to helping you reach your goals! *Sessions can be done one-on-one, short or long-term, in small groups, for workshops, or are great for birthday parties.
