Rugby with Mike F.

Hello, my name is Mike F, and I'm a 23 year old martial artist and have been doing so since the age of 3 and have been teaching since the age of 14. I have a black belt in kenpo and jujitsu i do Mixed martial arts and train currently at the UFC gym with UFC fighters, and that's where students will train if they they want to train or at the convenience of your own home. Also I have played various sports which include Football and Rugby. I'm a very drivin individual when it comes to fitness/conditioning, martial arts or anything I do. I enjoy teaching individuals of all ages, children or adults and also teach kids with all different types of disabilities. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
