Parkour with Toledo Parkour A.

My name is Mike. I am the founder and owner of Toledo Parkour & Free running. I have been practicing in this French discipline for over 10 years and teaching for 9. I currently teach in a Gymnastics school, at national events and have even done stunt work in the film industry. As part of a group of dedicated practitioners, we look to open our own training facility within the next year. I also have over 20 years of martial arts experience, competing on a national and professional level. My passion it teaching people to enjoy the art of movement that is Parkour!
