I am a teaching fellow at Yale University where I am ABD (All But Dissertation). I teach courses on US history and ethnic studies. Previous to that I was a teaching assistant at Fordham University where I taught history, composition and also worked as a writing tutor assisting students on everything from English assignments, to dissertations to graduate school applications, resumes and cover letters. I was a professional journalist, am also a published fiction writer and poet, as well as an academic so I offer a wide range of writing skills. Beyond this experience and education, I am approachable, energetic and love seeing students improve. I personalize my courses and responses to individual student interests to keep them engaged and challenged.
