It doesn't matter how old you are or if you've spent five minutes or five years singing. Everyone has a star they want to reach for and I can help you get there! I have been teaching voice privately for several years and trained with Allen Cathcart (Opera), Linda Balliro (mix voice), Greg Enriquez (Jazz voice) and Seth Riggs (Pop voice). I currently front a jazz trio and perform in the Boston area. While I'm not super active right now performance wise, you can catch me at the occasional open mic, singing jazz and blues. I have directed several musicals through organizations such as Sprindrift School of the Performing Arts and Champions USA. I have worked with people of all ages and assisted them in mastering songs, have prepared them for shows and auditions and have guided them through the process of repairing their voice. I first discovered singing when I was a six. I developed a natural curiosity about how the human voice works. To supplement my studies, I began to work with a Speech Language Pathologist to develop a better understanding at Tufts Medical Center. After developing a better understanding of how the human voice worked, I was not satisfied until I found a voice teacher with a simple and direct approach to singing.
