Whether your goal is to make it into a top performing group, give a solo recital, sing or play favorite songs at family gatherings, or try something new, I am here to help you succeed and have a good time along the way.

I think it is important for students to learn music in a fun and meaningful way. I am not strict but do have some expectations for my students. It is important for students to come prepared to a lesson. I realize not all will have the ability to practice on a regular basis ... but will have to meet some goals at each lesson.

I have a B.A. from the University of Dayton and a teaching license in K-12 music from Ashland University. Teaching is truly my passion. I have extensive experience in co-teaching and teaching general music and choir classes. I have been taking voice and piano lessons for 10 years. I have performed in over 20 musicals and operas. My goal is to share my love of music with others and help them begin their path to performing.
