I have been playing drums for over 15 years and counting. From bands to teaching I am involved in music and drums in every possible way. With some college experience in theory, world, and jazz music its helped round me into an all around musician. My passion is creating music and in the last ten years iv drummed on over ten albums and counting, in many different styles. While I've been in a touring act and play a lot of live shows, I still prefer teaching first and gigging second. I can teach you how to read, and write drum music, many exercises for the drum kit and snare drummer, as well as proper technique and I can help you with gear questions. I specialize in being a well rounded drummer, which means I love to study different kinds of rhythm from around the world, although if you have a specific style you would like to work on we can focus energy on that too.
