I like to set individual goals for every student, so if you want to be a wonderful performer and a great musician I can provide all my experience and my patient to help you reach your dream; but if you just want to learn how to play an instrument, no pressure - you're more than welcome too.

About

Maria was born in La Habana, Cuba. She started her music studies at the early age of 4 years old, singing and acting in tv shows and receiving piano lessons.
At 7 years old entered Manuel Saumell Music Consevatory where she studied piano and choir direction. She continues her music studies at Amadeo Roldan Music Conservatory, one of the most prestigious music schools in Cuba, where she completed piano, flute and theoretical subjects. In 2000, she traveled to United Arab Emirates, as a part of ... work tour, where she played for two years in different scenarios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Back in La Habana, Cuba, she entered the Superior Institute of the Arts, where she graduated with honors in flute and piano performance.
In 2006 she moved to the United States where she continues her music career performing, recording and teaching.
Besides her performer career she's been trained as a teacher, having extensive experience with all ages, from 5 years old to adults.
