I am totally enjoying the encouragement I receive from my teacher. He is pushing me to grow in my music journey and it's exactly what I need at this time. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I think I chose wisely with this one.

Marcus is great. My son is having a super time working together. Last time we came home from a lesson he was very pumped and was telling his mother how much confidence he is gaining working with Marcus. Our son made the comment that Marcus is the first instructor he's been with that is interested in hearing about what he wants to play. Our son feels Marcus cares about his interests as well as his own.

I recently moved to Seattle from Los Angeles, and I really enjoy vocal training with Marcus. He is patient, talented, knowledgable, and over all a wonderful person. I have had several teachers before him including an American Idol coach, and he has definately taken me to the next level. Thank you Marcus.

I really enjoy the instruction I have been receiving from Marcus. He is patient and tries to make me feel at ease. He sees the mistakes before I make them and has great suggestions on how to improve on them. I am very pleased and look forward to each week's lesson.

Marcus is a skilled teacher and musician. As an adult student, I find his approach incredibly useful. He both explains and models good technique, tone, and practicing habits. (All things which I expressed as important to me.) He is patient while also presenting plenty of challenges. And, simply, I am enjoying myself and the space to be creative. I have definitely found the right instructor for me--an adult returning to playing the trumpet after over a decade.
