I'm a former Division I athlete with over 7 years of D-I and elite coaching experience. I've earned a B.S. in Economics and I'm currently employed by a software company in Houston. I have coached dozens of NFL players and elite athletes. Although I'm not primarily a track coach, I have coached a runner to her first US Olympic Trials. I specialize in coaching Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs but I have overall knowledge of all positions and Special Teams. I have developed a coaching system that empowers athletes to use the principles of consistency and accountability through every phase of training and game/race day performance. We will work harder and smarter. We will be efficient in every exercise and drill. We will develop existing strengths and we will pinpoint and attack weaknesses. We will reduce variance in game/race day performance by preparing for a greater level of possibilities. We will train and test until we have supreme confidence that we are prepared for competition.
