I've been teaching beginning to intermediate piano for 2 years and my students have gone on to advanced piano, and fostered a deep appreciation and love for music. Within the first few lessons, you'll be able to find all the notes on the piano and play simple pieces, and as time goes on you'll be able to sight-read more difficult pieces and be accomplished in the theory behind them.  I specialize in beginning fundamentals of piano and aural perception (ear training), typically use the Alfred books, and have the ability to teach you in my home or at yours. I love working with students of all ages and experience levels and I can't wait to meet you!

I am a true music enthusiast, and have a natural talent for getting the concept across to my students. I have the most experience teaching music fundamentals, including basic theory, aural perception (ear training), and the listed musical areas. I love teaching kids, and strive to create the most positive musical learning experience!
I have my Level one fingerprint clearance card, issued 2/25/2013 which required a background check.
