Hey there!
First and foremost, I love tutoring/teaching and I have been doing it in some form for 7 years. I'm patient and absolutely willing to work to find strategies that will help YOU, because I know everyone learns differently!
I graduated cum laude from Boston College in 2011 with majors in English and Music. I started officially building my clientele over 2 years ago (before that I tutored as community service throughout college) with topics including: SAT prep, ACT prep, college counseling, trigonometry, chemistry, reading, writing, math, piano and much more!
My 99+% scores for the SAT/ACT in high school is what inspired me to start tutoring those subjects: I look at those tests as a game. There is only a finite number of questions they can ask you, so strategy preparation is key to being able to intercept any question before it stumps you!
As far as music lessons go, I teach beginner, intermediate, and intermediate-advanced piano lessons. I also teach beginner saxophone and music theory. I've been playing instruments since I was 5!
Please let me know if I can provide you with any other information. It would be an honor to work with you and I know we'd reach success!
