About Me
Lori holds a master's degree in Opera Performance from Longy School of Music. She is a graduate of the University of Maine where she earned her bachelor's degree in music education with a concentration in voice. Her teachers have included Nancy Ogle, Donna Roll, Mary Saunders-Barton (musical theatre) and currently Robert Honeysucker (classical) and Kevin Wilson (musical theatre).

Great work
My daughter is continuing to enjoy playing the piano, and each week she is improving. Lori, you are doing a wonderful job, as the most difficult part of teaching children is keeping them engaged, and you are doing just that.

Lori is an amazing teacher
Even though I still don't have the confidence she keeps telling me I should she's helped me come WAY out of my shell. I'm able to walk down the street and not stop singing just because I seen someone walk by. Im wll on my way tfomenting the voice she's giving me.

Great teacher!
Lori is a great teacher. Focusing on bringing me to the next level and helping me understand that by working on my technique I will be able to do what I love to do, Perform! Excellent Teacher
Lori's very patient and I truly enjoy my Piano classes with her. She has several ways to make you remember your notes or music. Would highly recommend her as a teacher be it for Piano or any other class.

Flexible, patient and knows her stuff!
I've only had three lessons with Lori so far and already I'm able to do things I didn't think possible - reach notes I wasn't sure were there. She's very flexible, patient and kind and knows all kinds of tricks to help you achieve your goals - plus she has the classical training every good singer needs. Excellent Teacher
I am very happy with my teacher. She is very smart and she always makes sure I enjoy the song we are working on.
She gives me very useful follow up (lesson notes) and has been an excellent help in my effort of reviving the notes reading skills and playing my instrument (piano).

How To Sign Up
Review the TakeLessons teachers in your area. Find the teacher you like the best and either book online or call/email a TakeLessons Student Counselor to book your lessons. You will then choose a day and time that works best for you, select your lesson package and pay via credit or debit card to book your lessons.
After you have booked your lessons, your instructor will contact you within 1-2 days. This gives the instructor a chance to introduce him or herself, and make sure everything is set for your first lesson.
