Lindsey earned her Bachelor degree from Chicago College of Performing Arts at Roosevelt University and has studied with well-known artists such as Lawrence Neuman and Roger Chase. Lindsey has participated in various music festivals around the US including the Interlochen Arts Festival, Palo Alto Chamber Music Festival, Colorado College Summer Music Festival, and the Southern Illinois Music Festival. As a teacher, Lindsey draws from personal experience and her extensive professional training received to embed the passion of music in the hearts of each of her students. *** Lesson Details *** Using the Suzuki method books as a curriculum, Lindsey guides her students through the fundamentals of string playing while incorporating important music theory concepts. She understands that each student is an individual and thus has a distinct way of learning concepts.
