I've been a professional singer and teacher for over 40 years with a B.M.E. degree in music education and a M.A. in Vocal Performance. A long-standing member of the Nat. Assn of Teachers of Singing. I work with a variety of styles from classical to pop, country, jazz, and Broadway. My students are currently performing in some major theatres and with top name musicians. I honestly believe "anyone can learn to sing" and take students from "pitch-challenged" to pros who want to tweak their voice. I have demo videos to show how my lessons work.

Larry's dedication to his students is unbeatable. He is determined to find the best way to teach each student, and changes his tactics for each individual singer to make sure they are getting the most out of their lesson and having fun while improving quickly. I work in the musical theatre industry and have filmed audition videos with Larry, done audition prep, and worked general singing technique and have found him to be loyal, encouraging, and extremely talented. He believes in his students and the results show!

Larry is a great teacher. His professionalism, enthusiasm and experience speak volumes. He is very approachable and easy to work with. My technique has improved enormously since I started taking lessons with him because I find it easy to understand concepts when he explains them. In addition, Larry teaches in a fully equipped studio, so you can record your work and really hear how you're doing. I cannot say enough to recommend him!

We were very lucky to find Larry. At the age of eight years, my son got his first lead in a musical play ("Oliver"). Since that time, year after year, through junior high and high school he continued to get the lead character in musicals. Larry also helped Chris win First Place in Puget Sound NATs vocal competition during his Sophomore, Junior and Senior years in high school. His vocal performances did not stop there but continued into many genera such as classical, rock, soul, Reggie, R&B etc. Chris is now 21 years of age and often takes the lead his the Pomona Men's blue and white A Capella group. Whenever Chris is back in town he is asked to do various performances and he always drifts back to Larry for help. Larry is a kind, patient and skilled vocal instructor.
