Hello! My name is Lara C., I’m instructor, tutor and teacher. Russia is my homeland. My interests include music, linguistics, cultures, liberal arts. I obtained my Master’s in Ural State University (Yekaterinburg, Russian Federation). I teach Humanities in Pikes Peak Community College (Colorado Springs, CO). I take the classes of Professional Development and Advanced English here, in Colorado Springs. I love to share the knowledge of these beautiful things with the students! I use various techniques in teaching. In the course of lessons, we all become very creative and open-minded. We practice 4-6 activities during every lesson. I believe in homework. Acquiring a new knowledge can be compared to making new big and small discoveries almost every day. It always has been rewarding and inspiring for me. It is very important for any instructor to be open and friendly with the students. Treat them with respect for their human dignity.
