    I've been playing and studying guitar since I was seven years old. I've attended berkley summer workshops, camps, seminars, and presented music theory papers at conferences at the University of Oregon. I can and am willing to teach any type of musical style or interest to any skill level!
    Lesson Details
    I'm fairly laid back, and teach from a number of different texts depending on the interests of the student. Each student is completely different, and I vary instruction accordingly. I have a lot of experience songwriting, both for myself and other people, as well as composing for different groups of instruments from trios to full orchestras. I also provide worksheets and base my curriculum off of information and standards held by the University of Oregon, and Portland State University.
    About
    I started teaching music lessons at the age of eleven, in after school programs. I continued to do this for many years, driving to neighboring towns, volunteering at youth groups and local Boys and Girls Clubs.

    I went on to study Music Education at Oregon State University and Guitar Performance at the University of Oregon. At each of these Universities I taught students my age, and a few professors, as well as locals in each town.
