Kimberly has been teaching piano lessons for over 10 years. She has a Bachelor degree in piano performance from Florida Southern College. She studied with Rita Fandrich who specialized in technical practice to prevent injury and increase ease and speed. She has taught with Hillsborough county schools for almost 7 years as a full time elementary music teacher. She can customize lessons to different ages, levels, styles of learning, and students needs.

Kimberly graduated with honors from Florida Southern college in Lakeland, Florida with a bachelors degree in piano performance. 

Kimberly has been working with Hillsborough County schools for over 7 years as a music teacher in elementary schools. 

*** Lesson Details ***
A typical lesson starts with a warm up time, followed by a review, which is where the student gets to show off what they have accomplished from the previous week. Then a new concept or skill is introduced and we wrap up the lesson playing a student picked song.

I have known Kim for 8+ years and would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to start taking piano or anyone who wants to further their studies.  She is an accomplished teacher and all around great person.  When I am asked about teaching piano I also refer them to Kim.  In short, if you are really wanting to learn how to play the piano Kim is the way to go.
