*** Equipment *** I can provide an instrument and amplifier for myself, a music stand and pencil to share, as well as sheet music paper for the student. I would expect the student to have their instrument and an amplifier for any electric instruments. *** Specialties *** My primary instrument is guitar, however, I play many string instruments. I have been studying classical guitar for sixteen years and jazz guitar for ten. I have taken courses in elementary education, as well as experience teaching music to children and adolescents. I focus on technique, comprehensive understanding of music theory including reading musical notation, and teaching productive personal practice habits.
