I have been playing jazz guitar for 8 years and I have been fortunate enough to study with many exceptional teachers. I have had the opportunity to lead my own jazz groups as well as play in rock, pop, R&B, and hip-hop bands. I have been teaching music in San Francisco for the past couple of years and recently returned to my home town of Durham. Lessons are tailored to each students needs. We can start with the very basics and work up to more advanced theory and technique.
