I have been teaching for 40 years, and I teach rock, classical and country techniques. I have taught at northwestern University, north park college and Mundelein college. I have played rock for over 40 years and can teach all aspect of scales and modes from beginner to advanced. I use whatever method works best for students and I can teach any song you would like learn. I use the Leonard method for beginning students who want to read music and I incorporate other method books as necessary. All of my students learn to play to the best of their abilities. I can teach advanced rock students a combination of modes and scales that will take rock and blues playing to the next level.
