All Lessons will include theory and reading! As important as it is to learn how to play your instrument, it is equally important to understand the music and inner working AROUND your instrument, to become the most developed and well rounded musician you can be. Through a mixture of Suzuki philosophy, and traditional European technique, My goal is to not only develop talented cellists, but to create artists, who will inspire.

Kadeeja B. has gained popularity as a regular performer in Southern California, having studied under some of the most influential teachers of our time, including Sarah Koo, Amy Sue Barston, Jim Lee, and Vladimir Panteleyev. In 2013, Kadeeja received a full scholarship to study at the Pioneer School of Music, and in the same year, won a full scholarship, to attend and perform at the International Cremona Music Competition and Festival, in Cremona, Italy. She has a happy studio of students from all over who she in person, and through Skype. Since moving to Chicago, she is looking to expand her student studio.
