I have been teaching voice since 1995. I have an extensive background in music theory and performance as well as vocal performance and instruction. I taught those people who were interested in making their voice a better instrument through which to express themselves, and hope you would like to experience that expression with me as well.

My name is. Juanita , and have been singing professionally for over 20 years. I sing Gospel, Pop, R&B, Broadway and Jazz. 

Also a consummate instrumentalist and musician, I am a proficient reader of music and encourage vocalists should also learn how to read the language they speak. I began music theory when I learned to play piano at the age of 6. I am a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston and studied years of Harmony and Composition.
