I teach and have experience playing in the following styles rock, punk, metal, country, christian, pop, disco, blues, funk, jazz, socca, and calypso. Other subjects I teach include rudiments, improvisation, creative drum fills, double bass drumming and reading charts and lead sheets.

I was turned onto music at a very young age. My mother played piano and all my siblings also played at least one instrument. I guess you could say we had a pretty musical family. When I was in the 4th grade my mom decided it was time for me to start learning an instrument and enrolled me into piano lessons. started drums I was in high school and I did the marching band, orchestra and music theatre. I was also playing in a lot of garage bands with many of my friends. After high school I went to college for music and quickly found myself participating in many musical projects. I did school during the day and I filled my nights playing in various working bands, session gigs and sometimes studio work. During this time the most notable gig I landed was a gig with contemporary pianist Jim Brickman. In 2010 I graduated college and relocated to the Seattle area and have been working with a number of groups and artist in styles ranging from rock, pop, disco, country, rap, r&b and indie acoustic rock.
