I have played with Buddy Guy, Scott McKenzie, George Benson, Dizzy Gillespie, Richie Cole, Gary Bartz, Bobby Hutcherson, McCoy Tyner, Attila Zoller, Joe Beck, Lenny Breau, Chet Atkins, Robert Conti, Jimmy Bruno, Howard Paul, Jeff Berlin, Gary Burton, Steve Swallow, Eddie Shu, Frank Vicari, Paul Horn, Jon Faddis, Frank Foster, Jimmy Hamilton, Jon Lucien, Dave Valentin, The Shirelles, Little Anthony, Neil Sedaka, (many others) and have played for George Harrison, Eric Clapton, Alan Alda, Anne Bancroft, Yves Saint-Laurent, taught Hal Lindes of Dire Straits and Calvin Newborn (he taught Elvis) and marched in Mardi Gras 2000 with my marching band playing compositions I composed and arranged...also with the Gainesville and Jacksonville Symphonies...

This is my 49th year as a tutor, guide, mentor and indeed professor of instrumental music. My studies and vast live playing experience with many great musicians has given me a unique perspective in the art of creating developmental techniques that range from a basic understanding of music and playing an instrument (one or more) to the intricate challenge of improvisation on all levels and even valuable perspectives to explain the theory behind such enterprises. I have obtained not only the level of patience necessary for successful transmission of knowledge but also a wide variety of methodologies, which enable me to effectively reach all types and ages of people. After 40+ years (over 10,000 gigs) of professional playing experience in many genres of music, I am also capable of demonstrating all styles at all levels from first time beginners to the most advanced. Many of my students have become teachers and professional musicians and all of them have vastly improved the ability to perform on their instrument(s) of choice.
