Starting from scratch in voice acting and John was a great coach for what I needed to learn and practice. John is very warm and likable, and I enjoyed the sessions greatly. I will return to John for more sessions when I need help in a specific area.

John is an amazing, amazing teacher and human being. Knowing very little about acting when I just came in, John was able to teach me so much in just a few lessons. Using a simple set of exercises, he was able to help me evolve into a much more intuitive, fluid, attentive and perceptive actor. Every lesson was a major break through and transformation of my acting skills as well as myself as a person altogether. In addition to become a much better actor, I also became a better human being. A side effect of this work is you learn to listen to people, REALLY listen to them and connect with them as well as remain connected to your true authentic self. As a result of my work with John, I not only became a much better actor but a much more authentic human being. If you're looking for private Meisner technique lessons in the Metroplex, do yourself a favor and talk to John. I highly recommend him and will always be grateful for everything he taught me.
