Julia's problem...he-he-he
Julia is always complaining that her fingers hurt and she can't practice. I've suggested she practice in 5 minute increments but overall it's not working because she's not getting her practicing in. Our "rule" is that each child must play an instrument through high school as part of their education. I don't want her to be discouraged so I'm not sure if another guitar is the right answer? Do you have any advise? How much would we be talking about? Could we get something used? I appreciate your thoughts. And BTW she thinks you're the best!

John is just perfect for us. Our son needed a teacher who can talk to his age and be patient and adjust speed of teaching for a 8 yr old. Our son looks forward to the weekly class.

Great, Knowledgeable Instructor for Guitar!
I just started lessons a few weeks ago and John has been great in helping me jump-start my passion for learning how to play the guitar. He's easy going and provides a fun learning experience that keeps you involved. As an adult, it's never too late to learn an instrument. I would highly recommend John, no matter what your age is, for guitar lessons.

Guitar Lessons
My 10-year-old daughter has been taking lessons with John for a few weeks now and has been progressing very well. He understands that repetition is important in order to master the guitar. He is always offering different options to make learning easy and interesting.

Guitar Lessons
We are extremely pleased with the progress our 8 year old son is making with his guitar. John has really helped him to focus while at the same time boosting his confidence as he learns something totally new.
I am so happy that John is helping Patrick find a love for music.

Parent
John is a great instructor. He handles my busy 9-yr-old boy very well during lessons. My son is much more motivated to learn his guitar.
