It is such a pleasure to have Joan. My daughter had no formal music training and Joan's patience made it so much easier for her. She's extreemly knowledgable & very patient.....and very flexible with time changes etc.

Joan is a very knowledgeable, patient, & pleasant instructor. I've learned a lot over the past couple months. And every time I struggle with something new, she has a different technique or trick up her sleeve to help me overcome my difficulties. I've even recommended her to a couple friends, but they have yet to discover Joan's impressive talents.

My daughter just finished her third lesson with Joan, and I am amazed with what my child can do. Joan is doing a spectacular job with my daughter. Ever since Joan has come around my daughter is on the drums about 2 hrs a day and she sounds really great. I am happy and most of all my child is happy!!!!!!!!!!. I'll be keeping Joan around for a while.

My son has completed his third drum lesson and has already learn to read music besides other fundamentals.He had no formal training,only played music by ear. I LIKE before his first class begun,Joan told him to bring a notebook ,because he would have homework and different exercises to practice. I see growth already!
