My 8 year-old son is currently taking guitar lessons from Jeff S. in Granite Bay. I know my son has the potential to be a really good guitar player but because of his shyness, I wasn't sure how he would mesh with 1 on 1 lessons. What was so cool prior to the start of lessons was when Jeff called me & we spent a significant amount of time discussing my sons personality, his strengths & weaknesses & any concerns I might have. Jeff made me feel confident that Cameron would do fine. Cameron has had 3 sessions with Jeff so far & he is doing really well. Jeff is calm & patient with Cameron, but at the same time he is very enthusiastic with his passion to teach & can be quite humorous too! Cameron really enjoys his sessions & is able to practice what he learns while @ home because Jeff takes the time to ensure that Cameron comprehends what he's teaching him. We are happy to have found Jeff & look forward to a happier, more self-confident Cameron who will be playing a mean guitar!!

He's one of the best guitar players I've ever met, and he's just as great of a teacher. He's patient, helpful, and repeats anything I need as much as I need. His love of playing helps me be creative and makes me want to try everything new he teaches me.
