I believe body movement is a universal language that can be spoken at any age, and is also one of the largest untapped, therapeutic resources we have readily available to us as human beings. ***What I do*** Since the age of three, I have been training in a multitude of dance techniques including classical ballet, modern, contemporary, tap dance, African dance, hip hop, and social salsa dancing. I have danced on competitive dance teams, performed commercial and non-commercial concert work, professional dance companies, and entertainment industries. It is my passion to share my skills, training, and experience with others to achieve their personal goals. Whether it is classical ballet training for professional work, or feeling comfortable on the dance floor of a social gathering.. I will help you get to the next level. I am able to train at all levels from beginner to advanced and pre-professional. ***What to Expect*** A fun, engaging, relaxed, yet informative experience. I will push you and challenge you to go past your comfort zone in order to feel and accomplish things you never thought possible with your body. I put a balanced emphasis on proper technique as well as self expression. I invest 100% of my energy into every lesson - whether online, at home, or at the studio.
