Hello. my name is Inbal and I am very happy to introduce my self, hoping we get the chance to work together. I am a musician. For many years I teach piano and music theory. I enjoy it very much:) I love to share my knowledge. Like the Sages said, the good teacher is he who studies from his students, so I always try to learn something from my students. I've graduated the high academy for music in Jerusalem in 2010. I've also graduated MA in musicology at the Hebrew university in 2012. Beside playing classic music I love to improvise and sing, accompany myself and jam with other musicians. My approach to teaching piano is that the piano is first of all the student's friend, and not just an instrument we try to master. From my experience, I find that every student is special and I always try to find the right approach and method for each student. There is no one "right method". Adults learn different than kids, for example. Since I was teenage I was attracted to volunteer and work with special need populations and I've been doing it for more than 12 years. I love doing it and I have a lot of experience with mentally challenged, autism, blind and cerebral palsy, children, youth and adults. I was music instructor in Ilanot school (Jerusalem) for cerebral palsy children and worked as a private tutor for some of them as well. I've conducted a choir for mentally challenged people in Akim Jerusalem. I have arranged and participated in music sessions for blind children in Keren Or (Jerusalem). I find much pleasure and satisfaction in this occupation, and I dare say I have the natural faculties and talent required.

Andrew took piano lessons with Inbal for 2 years. When he started - he was a complete beginner and is now playing the piano regularly. We will look forward to resuming when our schedule permits.

My son started learning piano with Inbal in June this year. Since then he progressed to learning how to recognize notes, playing simple songs and even composing his own songs. I like to see my active 7-year old actually sitting down and engaging in musical activity. I have to agree with the other reviewers that Inbal is very nice teacher and very patient with children. I highly recommend Inbal to anybody interested in taking piano lessons.

I love teaching and enjoy it very much. I love to share my knowledge and to spread the wonderful language f music among us.
