Gabriel has been a Marietta private music instructor for TakeLessons since 2009. Gabriel is a certified local music teacher.

My Specialties
Drumset, hand drums and percussion. The music I personally like to play and listen to is funk, jazz, blues and latin. I love to teach these styles and to challenge my students to learn these styles. I make sure students have a strong foundation of rudiments. I then show them how to use them creatively and to apply them to the drum set musically. I also put a strong emphasis on groove, keeping time and learning how to play as a member of a group, not just a drummer but a musician.

Great Teacher!
Gabe is an awesome teacher. Very laid back, but also knows his stuff and supplies plenty of good practice material to help improve your skills. Seems to be familiar with teaching all different kinds of styles and has no problem adjusting the lessons to suit the needs of the student.

Great Instructor
Gabe is an awesome instructor and has been very helpful just in the short time that Ive been working with him. He always has new material for me to work on, as well as helping me to fine tune the things that we've been working on from the beginning, to make sure that everything comes together nicely. Gabriel is an excellent music teacher :) My son is so excited about going to practice all the time and he really is enjoying the lessons. How To Sign Up
Review the TakeLessons teachers in your area. Find the teacher you like the best and either book online or call/email a TakeLessons Student Counselor to book your lessons. You will then choose a day and time that works best for you, select your lesson package and pay via credit or debit card to book your lessons.
After you have booked your lessons, your instructor will contact you within 1-2 days. This gives the instructor a chance to introduce him or herself, and make sure everything is set for your first lesson.
