Fausto M., holds an undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree from the Longy School of Music . A native of Florida, Fausto is a versatile artist with performance experience in opera, orchestral, chamber music, art song, oratorio, musical theater, pop, and jazz. He has completed concerts with The Florida Orchestra, Opera Tampa, St. Petersburg Opera, and The Master Chorale of Tampa Bay. In 2008, Fausto was invited to perform as a soloist in Miedzyzdroje, Poland for the In Terra Pax Music Festival. Then in 2009, he was invited to perform as a chamber soloist in the Classical Music Festival in Eisenstadt, Austria. Recently, Fausto was named the winner of the Florida Federation of Music Club's Stephen Foster Competition. In addition to his work as a performer, Fausto is also a highly-respected and sought studio teacher of voice, piano, and woodwinds. *** Lesson Details *** I'm a very laid back and fun loving teacher! I believe in structuring each lesson to the individual student's need and ability. It's my goal to make each student feel comfortable while gaining a vast knowledge of their primary instrument. Through each lesson, the student will grow and develop strong fundamentals, leading to technical proficiency.
