I successfully implemented the Aurora Public Schools’ English Language Development program called ELAcheive at the school sites of Arkansas and Altura. I also delivered whole-staff professional development regarding language development in the content areas, which staff evaluations have shown to be very useful training for their practices. I provided training and administration of the Colorado English Language Assessment (CELA). Lastly, I co-taught a classroom with a literacy coach.
