I have also attended 16 hours of professional development at the American String Teacher Association (ASTA) convention. My experience includes work in a private music studio, Violin Studio of Carole Mayedo, as a violin teacher at Miramonte Elementary School, and currently in a local music conservatory. At all these facilities my students have adhered to high musical standards. At each location, I led small and large group activities, as well as private lessons. Both experiences also provided me with extensive exposure to the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities and materials.
