Bass Guitar with Chris A.

Originally from the Detroit, MI area, Chris has been performing bass professionally since 2004. After earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Jazz Studies from the University of Michigan, he went on to perform in orchestras on cruise ships. Here he became Musical Director and was responsible for 36 musicians on board, as well as the product delivered to guests. Chris loves teaching all ages and levels. Whatever your needs may be, he caters to them, and, most importantly, listens to what YOU the student wants from lessons. There is no "cookie-cutter" method to teaching or learning, and you will find Chris's methods both refreshing and effective. Chris specializes in electric bass (fretted or fretless) and upright bass, with some experience on acoustic guitar and arranging. Stylistically, he is comfortable with almost everything and will help any student attain his goals quickly while having fun!
