Successfully prepared numerous students for legit and commercial auditions resulting in their booking work. Monitored the performance  growth of students in accordance to their goals. Selected and taught relevant and appropriate material based on the students "type" and or "area of growth" to create a collection of audition songs and build their "book" or repertoire. Executed several bi coastal audition tapes. Successfully trained and prepared students for competitions such as Access Broadway, resulting in the booking of work
