Flute with Cassie O.

Hi there! My name is Cassie and I've been playing flute for more than 20 years. I've studied under some incredible instructors and want to pass that knowledge on to you! I work hard to incorporate body learning (think Alexander technique and yoga) and mindfulness (meditation, breathing, confidence training) into the lessons I teach. Still, most of all, we focus on flute technique, tone production, and enjoying the learning process. Over and all, my goal is to meet my students where they are and provide an enriching experience for them to enjoy for many years to come, even if they don't plan to be professional musicians. I've always loved playing my flute and collaborating with others for a fun experience and hope to pass that on to you! We will work on the flute fundamentals while also learning music theory and history. I believe we can have so much fun together!
