Piano with Casey V.

Hello my name is Casey V. or Mr. V to my students, I am a recent graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University from which I received my Bachelors in Communications with a minor in Music. My purpose for this page is to give students the opportunity to further their education in mainly music including: cello, piano and music theory as well as any subject they desire from math to science, and some history. I received training for cello performance under the tutelage of Thomas May and Si Cheng Liu. I have also received my basic piano education from Dr. Michael Baron at FGCU for two years. Lesson Details I prefer to start my music students out with the Suzuki Vol.1 of Piano or cello and then moving on to higher levels of music depending on the grasp of musical concepts. I will provide a fun and stimulating environment for every student to learn and enjoy themselves in. Within no time at all I'm sure that any student will be more fluent in what they are seeking. Studio Equipment At my home I have an upright piano and can assist in getting access to any other instrument needed. I insist that students have an instrument to practice on at home so that they may practice the amount of time needed. Travel Equipment When traveling to a students home, I will bring a metronome (if music lesson), a pen & pencil, and a notebook and any other material needed. I expect my music students to have the music and instrument needed on hand.
