Out of Town Until December 20th I have 18 years experience of playing and performing classical, jazz & contemporary music. I am a pianist & vocalist and I also dabble in ukulele. In my lessons you will learn about each period of music, composers, interpretations, styles, technique, rhythms, dynamics, theory, audition, performance and practicing skills. I believe in a unique approach to teaching. Every student learns differently! While I do like to incorporate various techniques, I do not conform to one specific teaching style. I like to engage my students by giving them a voice in their musical expression. I don't like to "force" and instead... "encourage"!!! I also like to have FUN! My fondest memories of childhood were sitting at the piano and the influential teachers I had growing up. These moments ignited my lifelong passion and it is my greatest joy to make others fall in love with music as I have.
