I have the tools and experience to help you succeed. I'm a classically trained pianist, folk guitarist and singer of folk, opera and art songs, and composer of classical pieces for piano, orchestra and chamber ensembles. I am currently studying music at the college level, and I began composing ten years ago. I can help students learn music theory using the piano or keyboard as a tool for comprehension. I have experience helping children and adults with special needs to learn by breaking down lessons to simple steps and working towards completing each step at the ability level of the student, and by encouraging and rewarding progress.
