I am currently a sophomore student at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. I am a sport management major with a minor in business. I am enrolled into the prestigious Temple University Honors Program (top 6% of the university). I have passions in working in youth sport one day, hopefully starting my own non-profit company which teaches sports through educational opportunities for children. Academically, I graduated in the top 15% of my class and received numerous scholarships to top colleges in the area. I took AP classes in various subjects as well as honors classes in high school. I played varsity basketball at the high school level, topped by a state championship as well as being ranked as one of the top high school teams in the Nation. I also played soccer at the varsity level as well as club soccer. For both soccer and basketball, I have experience teaching students of various ages. In regards to special needs students, I worked with a special needs student at a summer camp that I attended. While I was not a counselor of the camp, I bonded and started a relationship with my peer. My mother is also a special education teacher and has over 20 years of experience teaching those with special needs.
