I worked for 2 years as the sole music teacher at a school in south Texas. I had over 430 students that I taught vocal music, instrumental music, theory, and music history to. I was also in charge of staging several programs throughout the year.

For the past year I have worked as the lead worship pastor at Oak Grove Church. Much of my time is spent teaching and training other instrumentalists and vocalists and helping them to become the best musicians they can be.

I developed a love of singing while in college studying Music Education. For the past several years I have used my talents in local churches where I do special music and also work as a worship leader. I also used my skills in vocal training as an elementary music teacher. When it comes to teaching singing, I try to just have fun with it. I like to find what kind of music my students are interested in and plan accordingly.

I've been playing the guitar for over 6 years, and the trombone for over 10 years. In 2008 I graduated from Pensacola Christian College with a degree in Music Education, and went on to teach elementary music for 2 years in a public school. I love to help my students unlock their abilities and talents and endeavor to make learning fun.
